Alex Trebek may have pancreatic cancer, but the game show must go on. The longtime host, who announced his diagnosis earlier this month, is still taping new episodes of “Jeopardy!” — and the show is still hunting for new contestants.

Mark your calendars, because the official “Jeopardy!” online test opens in less than a week. The exam is your ticket to an in-person audition, provided you can nail 50 questions, each from a different category.

After House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler asked 81 individuals and organizations to hand over documents relating to his panel’s expansive investigation into President Donald Trump, the responses are starting to trickle in.

Some are more cordial than others. So far, at least seven recipients have spoken out publicly about being included in the probe:

Ethan Lindenberger decided at the age of 18 to vaccinate himself despite his parent’s disapproval. On Tuesday, he will testify in front of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions at a hearing concerning the value of vaccines.

The Ohio resident garnered a great deal of media attention in recent months after he posted on Reddit asking how he could get the vaccines that usually are given during childhood.  Lindenberger’s parents refused to vaccinate him, because his mother believes in a now-debunked conspiracy theory that suggests the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine causes autism in children.

When Sherrod Brown mourned actor Luke Perry on Monday, it wasn’t as a typical fan. The senator’s father was the one who brought the heartthrob into the world.

“His father was my doctor for the first 12 years of my life ... he taught me about patience and compassion. He taught me how to sew myself up,” Perry said at the rally.

Fox News host Sean Hannity appeared to insert himself into the congressional investigation of President Donald Trump in an interview with Trump aired Thursday night, leading to speculation that he could be subpoenaed.

Hannity asserted to the president that Michael Cohen, Trump’s former attorney who testified in front of the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, gave him information that conflicts with Cohen’s testimony.

An unidentified man became a pizza-eating meme Wednesday when he was caught scarfing down a pizza in the background of a CBSN newscast outside the hearing room where President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen was giving testimony.

The star of the meme is reportedly named Thomas, according to Michael Lastoria, founder of &pizza, which has a newly opened location inside the Rayburn House Office Building. The pie in question, referred widely online as ‘hallway pizza,’ came from &pizza.

Rep. Dan Kildee met with actor and “Saturday Night Live” Donald Trump impersonator Alec Baldwin on Wednesday for an interview in Michigan that will be featured in an upcoming documentary film about the Flint water crisis.

The untitled documentary, which has been in the works since 2015, is being directed by British filmmaker Anthony Baxter, The Detroit News reported. Baxter wanted to tell the story of Flint from the perspective of its residents, instead of politicians and celebrities, Variety reported in 2017. The film does not yet have a release window.

President Donald Trump will deliver his second State of the Union address Tuesday night. Two of his former housekeepers, both immigrants, will watch from the House chamber.

Each member of Congress gets at least one ticket for a guest, and though some bring family members, many are accompanied by a constituent whose story helps illustrate a policy priority.
